Vegan-friendly formula of 98% natural ingredients, containing high-grade sunflower seed oil which provides vitamin E and linoleic acid – both shown to contribute to skin cell and tissue strength. Suitable for eczema-prone skin, hydrating and moisturising scars and burns, and other dry skin conditions. 250ml.

Originally developed to heal burns and scars, the formula is ideal for soothing skin prone to eczema, psoriasis or other dry skin conditions, but is suitable for all skin types.
My Trusty moisturisers can be used on the hands, face and body as part of a daily skincare routine to keep skin nourished, soft and supple, and are suitable for all skin types. Avoid contact with eyes.
Apply liberally onto clean skin 2-3 times per day. Gently moisturise and massage the area in circular movements. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Yes! Our products do not include any animal derivatives, and none of the products or ingredients used in the My Trusty range are tested on animals.
The My Trusty skincare range is 98% natural and contains linoleic acid, an essential fat for healthy skin found in high grade natural sunflower seed oil. The linoleic acid helps to rebuild damaged layers of skin, making it perfect for treating burns, scars and other skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.

The lotion is great but the plastic bottle and pump are still awful and inefficient. What happened to the new bottles and pumps that were due a year ago? There is usually a considerable amount (sometimes 1/4) of lotion left in the bottle that is difficult to get out of the despite gently warming it. I still have to resort to cutting the bottle in half to obtain it which isn’t safe or practical.

Absolutely love my trusty I have psoriasis and no comparison to the moisturising lotions provided by NHS Dermatology my trusty soaks in to my skin especially legs it’s the only thing that actually soaks into my legs. My hubby says they look like dolls plastic shiny surface, feels dry and awful, only have to use the my trusty moisturising cream within a day difference is amazing, I buy it for my mum now age 84 this year never looked after her skin she can’t believe how nice her skin feels.
