My Trusty – Skincare from the NHS … THE RE-LAUNCH

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the launch of our fabulous ‘NEW LOOK’ and ‘IMPROVED natural NHS Sunflower Formula’.  Through your valuable support, we have been able to grow, making our products more easily accessible in national retail outlets. What’s even better is that we have been able to make our prices even more attractive and competitive. But best of all, every My Trusty sunflower skincare product sold, generates income for NHS patient care – So it’s a ‘WIN-WIN’ for skin!

So what’s changed?

• The NEW and improved Sunflower Cream formula is now without SLS (sodium laurel sulphate) – the emulsifier that enables the sunflower oil to mix with the water.  Although vegetable derived, this emulsifier has received unfavourable press in past years , so we have replaced it with Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate and Ceteryl Glucoside, which are much nicer and seen as a more natural alternative.
• The 250ml bottles of Sunflower Cream have been renamed as Sunflower Body Lotion …. because that’s exactly where is goes – on the Body, Face or Hands. And, our fresh sunflower packaging would look lovely in your bathroom, or even by the sink!
• The 100ml tubes of Sunflower Cream have also been re-named because they are just a perfect ‘handy’ size for busy people on the go. Our hand creams and body lotions are the same formulas – just different sizes, so you can keep your skin moisturised, wherever you are.
• We have also replaced the existing preservative, with Potassium Sorbate, and Benzyl Alcohol – both of which are fully acceptable to the Natural & Organic Standards.

And finally ….

• All products have an easy to understand colour banding to help recognise them, with or without fragrances.
• Sunflower Yellow – is fragrance free.
• Purple – is lavender fragrance
• Orange – is neroli, bergamot and orange fragrance
• Pink- is neroli, bergamot and rosemary fragrance
