Katie’s Story – A Busy Triathlete Mum

Being a busy working mum and training for a full distance Triathlon is so time consuming it’s ridiculous!  You never have time for yourself, always on the run and no time to treat yourself.  My Trusty products are perfect for my crazy life style.  There is no waiting around for them to absorb, so it’s apply and go.

I am always out in the wind, rain and sun doing physical training, or swimming in  the  pool, lakes or sea.  What with constantly being in water and then playing outside with my daughter too, my skin is always exposed to the elements.  This has serious effects on my skin, drying it out, wind / sun burn, sore and chapped lips and nose.  Add in the chaffing, sometimes a road rash and all the times my daughter is unable to stay on her  two feet,  gaining cuts and grazes,  My Trusty works for it all.  It is so gentle on the skin, gradually healing the skin, stops itching from grazes and helps with any scars.

I use the unscented version every morning and keep a tube in my training bag at all times.  The Lavender pump is perfect for relaxing as I’m going to bed .  I have sample pots of the Body Butter in my car for those sore lips and nose moments that my daughter and I both get, and the oil in the bathroom, for that rare moment that I get to myself to take a long hard earned soak.

My skin would be a dry, sore, scarred mess without out it.   Thank you NHS for My Trusty!
